"I was able to easily complete the process to both obtain a quote for my auto & renter’s insurance & start both my policies entirely over the phone. Danielle T. reached out proactively after I completed an online form & she patiently answered each of my queries, demonstrating her deep knowledge of the policies I chose, even explaining terms/ jargon, etc.; not to mention that she was extremely personable too making it a pleasant process. I also got a good discount for bundling my insurance together - the best from among other insurance providers I had considered. Should I ever have to submit a claim (God forbid), I can only hope the process to secure my coverage is just as easy & pleasant as it was to procure a policy."
