"My wife and I have been with State Farm since we were teenagers. Over 20 years. Steve Fulton was our agent for most of those years with no issues. When he retired, our policy was transferred to Denton's office, and customer service has never been the same. Automated answering systems instead of real people. Difficulty explaining irregular charges on statements. Varying info on the same policy depending on who you talk to in the office. I called a different local office this morning and they picked up on the first ring, answered all of my questions, and gave me the info I needed to switch my agent."
